Tenuta Pennita

   The mill, which is located in a renovated country house, is made entirely of steel, according to the latest technology, from a company leader in the sector at the international level. To ensure the highest quality, the olive harvest is opened, by choice, starting from mid-October to be able to squeeze only the best olives at the right stage of ripeness. The varieties of olive trees present for centuries in these hills are: the native Correggiolo, the rare and prestigious Ghiacciola, Nostrana of Brisighella, the Rossina and the cultivars most widespread around national territory: Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo. The Pennita mill produces small quantities of oil, about 2500-3000 kgs a year, but of the highest quality.
