Tianna Blanc "Giro Ros" Organic
PRODUCTION: Brief low temperature pre-fermentive maceration after de-stalking. After a gentle, low yield press, the must is introduced in insulated tanks where a static debourgage, at controlled temperature, takes place. When clarified, fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
TASTING NOTE: Bright new gold colour. Intense and clean aromas with notes of ripe fruit, melon, quince. Yeast memories in a spiced background. Warm and well balanced mouth, ample and silky. Long after taste with hints of saffron, very fresh.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 7-12ºC
PAIRING: Oily fish and white meats. Seafood risottos.
