El Repiso Crianza
Varieties: 95% Tempranillo from El Repiso and 5% other varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha Tintorera y Garnacha) from our own vineyards located in Villamanta village.
Climate: continental mediterranean climate under the influence of Alberche River Valley and the Sistema Central range.
Viticulture: VSP (vertical shoot positioning) training grapetrees grown in poor irrigation over claim-sandy, poor and siliceous soil. Perfect balance between exposed leaf surface and grape.
Elaboration: for each variety we use a different protocol of elaboration. Soaking of long duration with postfermentative maceration. Alcoholic fermentation and Malolactic fermentation under controlled conditions.
Ageing: 15 months in French and American oak barrels of 225 L.
Food macht: pairs perfectly with beef stew, red meat, cured cheese, roast, hunting.
Service Temperature: 16º-17º C. Decant 20 minutes before serving.
Production: 7.000 numbered bottles of 0,75 L. (14,5% Alc./Vol)
