GRAPE VARIETIES: Manto negro, Syrah, Callet and Merlot
PRODUCTION: Pre-fermentation maceration of about 5 days. Controlled fermentation with daily stirring, and “rack and return” at mid-fermentation. Once fermentation is achieved, we proceed to a post fermentation maceration of 15 days.
TASTING NOTE: A wine of garnet red colour with a good robe. Intense aromas with a predominance of balsamic hints and of red fruits in liqueur. Lively in the mouth, with a marked Mediterranean character, a full body and well-structured tannins. Long finish with smooth toasted notes.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 17ºC
PAIRING: Red meat stews, roast meats.
